Bjarne has +15 years’ experience in executive search, having led VP, Director and Senior Management searches for both private and public organizations as well as NGOs, across Scandinavia and Europe. He advises clients on how to attract, retain and develop the best senior leadership talent while challenging the existing. This is in a combination of all the services provided by Hoffmann Reed to nourish the clients’ growth and strategy.
