Joe is the Executive Chair and a Founding Director of Hoffmann Reed with offices and affiliates throughout Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Joe’s expertise is in corporate advisory services including executive search, human capital management, leadership development, enterprise learning, recruitment process outsourcing, business restructuring and transformation, creating high performance teams, strategic analysis and managing multicultural businesses in the Asia Pacific Region, Europe, and the USA. He consults on a broad range of HR issues and continues to publish articles on organisational performance.

His experience includes both Executive and NED positions on corporate and NFP Boards in the Asia Pacific and Europe, and his expertise is helping develop high performance organisations by advising Boards and Senior Executives on Human Capital Management strategies, leadership capability and Senior Executive appointments.
