A graduate social economist specializing in Human Resources and Law, Nick Hartmann is an expert of executive search consultancy. He played a central role in establishing the Fashion practice at HEADS! INTERNATIONAL, where he became Managing Partner in 2005. He founded the international executive & board search consultancy hartmann consultants in 2008 and expanded its operations in 2018 by adding the conference and academy platform hartmann campus, established jointly with Simone Hartmann. 

Augsburg, Germany-born Nick Hartmann focuses on executive and board recruitment consultancy, with clients including company owners, private equity investors and supervisory boards. The all-rounder also supports his clients through complex change processes including restructurings, mergers, and strategic reorientations, drawing on his decades-strong network of contacts to benefit his clients. By connecting the strongest and most innovative market players, he enables corporate transformation processes to progress more rapidly, more efficiently, and more sustainably.
