Graduated in Business Administration from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Silvana Dusi has worked in Executive Search started her career in 1999 within a regional firm in Verona, before relocating to Milan where she was recruited by Boyden. In 2003, she was hired by Sterling International, an Executive Search firm dedicated to the FRLG sector, to participate in the launching and the development of the Italian subsidiary in Milan and later joining the Paris office as Principal in 2013, conducting international Executive Search assignments for Operational and Support functions. In 2019, she joined Bakeneko, an international boutique Executive and Creative Search firm dedicated to the Lifestyle sector, as Partner, with a focus on the non-Creative assignments.
