Our Commitment
Moorlands Human Capital Limited (t/a Hoffmann Reed) is a UK-based professional services firm specialising in executive search and leadership advisory.
We recognise the importance of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions and are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2050 in line with UK Government targets.
We will integrate environmental responsibility into our business operations and continually seek to minimise our carbon footprint.
Our Impact
As a small, knowledge-based organisation with hybrid working and limited travel, our environmental impact is low and arises mainly from:

electricity and heating in our offices;

business travel; and

use of IT equipment and digital services.
Our Key Actions (2025 – 2030)

Measure our office energy use and business travel to establish a 2025 baseline.

Reduce energy consumption by 20 % through efficiency measures and renewable electricity.

Prioritise remote and rail travel to cut emissions from air and road journeys.

Work with suppliers who share our environmental values.

Engage employees in low-carbon and recycling initiatives.
Governance and Review
Progress will be reviewed annually each March by senior management, with updates to this policy published on our website.
Our long-term goal is to reach and maintain Net Zero by 2050 through continued emission reductions and responsible offsetting of any residual carbon.
